Night after night, he returns in dreams to his childhood home, long since replaced by apartment blocks. There, it still stands. He wanders through as if nothing had changed, unseen, tracing fragments of memory shaped by archival family images. As he witnesses his past unfold, the memories begin to fracture and darken, until they flare into flame and dissolve.
